About Mike Ashley

Mike Ashley is an American author known for his historical and fantasy novels. He was born in 1950 in California and graduated from Harvard University with a degree in history. After working as a journalist and editor, he turned to writing fiction. Ashley's notable works include the "The Mammoth Book of Historical Whodunits" anthology series, the "Year of the Gryphon" trilogy, and the "Dragon Bone Flute" series.
