Neal Carey

Don Winslow is an American crime novelist known for his intricate and violent thrillers. Born in New York City in 1953, he worked as a private investigator and surf instructor before turning to writing. Winslow's debut novel, "The Death and Life of Bobby Z," was published in 1997. He gained critical acclaim with his 2005 novel "The Power of the Dog," which won the Edgar Award for Best Novel and was adapted into a major motion picture in 2018.
