About Brian McGilloway

Brian McGilloway is an award-winning Northern Irish crime writer. Born in 1971 in Derry, his childhood was marked by The Troubles, which would later influence his work. McGilloway's debut novel, "Borderlands," introduced Detective Sergeant Ben Devlin, a complex and flawed character navigating crime on the Irish border. McGilloway has since penned eight more novels featuring Devlin, as well as standalone thrillers.
