Jonathan Moeller is an award-winning biographer, editor, and translator specializing in the work of German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. Born in 1967, Moeller holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Berkeley. His most notable work is "Nietzsche: A Biography" (2002), considered one of the most groundbreaking and comprehensive biographies of Nietzsche. It received the Ralph Waldo Emerson Award for Best Biography from the Phi Beta Kappa Society and was shortlisted for the Pulitzer Prize.
