Lisa Jackson (born July 28, 1959) is an American bestselling author of romantic suspense novels. She has written over 90 novels, many of which have been translated into more than 30 languages. Her books have sold more than 40 million copies worldwide. Jackson was born in Stockton, California. She began writing in 1983, and her first novel, "Dangerous Games," was published in 1985. She has since written more than 90 novels, including the "Montana Sky" series and the "Sanctuary" series. Jackson has received numerous awards for her writing, including the RITA Award from Romance Writers of America and the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Romantic Suspense Writers.
