Court Gentry / Gray Man

Mark Greaney, born in 1961, is a New York Times bestselling author known for his thrilling Tom Clancy novels and other action-packed works. A graduate of Hofstra University, he began his career in the investment industry before transitioning to writing. Greaney's debut novel, "Hunt for Red October," written under the pseudonym Tom Clancy, was a critical and commercial success. He has since penned numerous Tom Clancy novels, including "Red Rabbit," "Command Authority," and "Zero Hour." His solo works include the Gray Man series, starting with "The Gray Man" (2009), featuring a deadly and mysterious operative named Court Gentry. Greaney's intense research and attention to detail have earned him praise for his authenticity and realism. His books have been translated into over 30 languages and have inspired several film and television adaptations. In addition to his commercial success, Greaney has received recognition for his writing, including nominations for the International Thriller Writers' Thriller Award and the Whitley Award.
