About the Author
JP Delaney is the pseudonym of author Tony Strong, a British journalist, television producer, and author. Born in London, England, he studied at the London College of Printing. Before becoming a full-time writer, Delaney worked as a journalist for various publications, including The Sunday Times and The Guardian. He also produced television documentaries for the BBC and Channel 4. Delaney's debut novel, "The Girl Before," was a critical and commercial success, selling over two million copies worldwide. It has been translated into more than 40 languages and was adapted into a television series in 2021. His subsequent novels, "Believe Me," "The Perfect Wife," and "The Killing Kind," have also been well-received. Delaney's writing has been praised for its suspenseful plots, complex characters, and exploration of social issues. He has received several awards for his work, including the Crime Writers' Association John Creasey New Blood Dagger Award in 2017 and the International Thriller Writers Award for Best Thriller in 2018.
